Jaivi and Johnny - 4 Months

Many: They are standing.
Yahvi: They can only stand if the mom can hold them.
Charlie: He's drooling.
Ms. Inge: Why is there drool coming out of his mouth? Let's ask the experts.
Charlie: Why is there
Mom: They are trying to communicate and make sounds. It is a sign of teething.
Ms. Inge: They might get teeth soon! They have no teeth?
Cal: Are they still only drinking milk?
Ryan: Are they smart?
Moms: Yes!
Alister: They're not so smart. They don't know a lot of things like us.
Ms. Inge: Not yet. What do they know?
Cal: They know how to cry. They know how to poop.
Lottie: They know how to cry.
Ryan: What happens when you don't listen to them.
Yahvi: Now, my baby sister shouts when we are eating.
Mom: She is trying to get our attention.
Ryan: Are they big? Do they crawl still?
Mom: They might move around, but they do not crawl. They push themselves with their legs. They can also stand with support.
Mom: They can laugh now.
Yahvi: I can make my sister laugh.

Several students tried to make the babies laugh after Yahvi and Lottie tried with their siblings. It was beautiful to watch the children make emotional connections with the babies.

We also looked at how our babies can now hold things and love to suck on them.

When we asked the students how the babies have changed since they were born, they were able to identify that:
-Jaivi now has earrings.
-They are bigger.
-Johnny is bigger than Jaivi.
-They are stronger.
-They can move more.
-They can make noises and laugh.
