Our First Week!

Our First Week in Preschool

What a lovely first week we have had! It has been a pleasure getting to know all of your children more. We have been enthusiastically playing and are really enjoying each other's company. We have been making books, building catapults, reflecting, sharing our knowledge, doing happy dances with fabric, growing crops and having fun with farm animals (and more !!!). Outdoors, the children are in love with the sandbox and bubbles, and yesterday, they discovered the big wooden blocks. We also got has opportunity to go to Music and PE upstairs. What fun! Next week, we will be attending Library and Art as well!

Please note that we are in the process of choosing our class name . This year in Preschool, each class will pick a farm animal to represent their class. If feasible, please spend some time this weekend talking about different farm animals. You are also welcome to check out our fact sharing posters on our class window. We know a lot about farm animals and already seem to be picking out a few favorite.
