Highlights from this Week

• We are inquiring into robots.
• We learned the solution tools “wait,” “say please stop,” "play with someone new," and “say how you feel” this week. The kids are beginning to independently choose tools from the box. It is sooo cool to watch this happen! Next time they have a conflict, try asking if they know of a solution or tool that might fix their problem. They just might have one up their sleeve! 
• We made oobleck! #messyplayisimportant
• We built so many structures with our magnetic shapes
• We used tinfoil blocks to build robots
• We did a Plan & Play with our Gr. 3 buddies 
• We performed puppet shows 
• We hid in the blocks outside
• We discovered even more Eric Carle books (we loved Little Cloud and Slowly, Slowly Said the Sloth) 
• Jaivi and Johnny came in for their 2nd visit. Pics are on the blog. 
• We learned how to use a saw in Art 
• We are back in the Gym 
• We sang nursery rhymes in Music
